Join Bex Urban and Sasha Korellis for an afternoon “quickie retreat” of mindfulness and movement. We will gather with a focus on moving, centering, grounding and gaining more clarity in ourselves. The day will begin with an hour-long yoga practice, followed by guided meditations and flow into mala creation.
Bex will open the afternoon with a “flow based” yoga practice. After moving we will reclaim our essence with guided meditation techniques. The silent time is welcome to both seasoned and new meditators. The entire session will have a focus of unspooling, clearing and grounding.
After being steeped in meditation, we will wrap up the afternoon crafting custom Satcha Malas to lock in our personal intentions. The mala kits will include crystals and sandalwood beads. We will learn about crystal healing and cultivating sacred space. It is a wonderful way inward to pause and support new rituals in life.
